Bio-fermenter starters are made from the best and purest bacteria that produce native lactic acid, which are used in the dairy industry to produce the highest quality dairy products and fermented beverages.

The use of fermented microorganisms for the preparation and production of dairy products has a historical background, which with the passage of time and the advancement of technology, the possibility of preparing the best dairy products that have a direct impact on consumer health. The German company Optiferm produces more than 70 tons of dairy starters annually. During the bilateral cooperation, we were able to provide some of the starters needed by the dairy industry.

Optifem starters with high acidification speed and with the ability to produce excellent aroma are used to produce various cheeses produced by the UF method and cream cheese and dairy. The special aroma of this starter distinguishes the resulting cheese from other cheeses produced by the UF method. The resulting distinctive texture is also one of the strengths of this starter. The possibility of using low doses of this starter in comparison with other starter cultures will significantly reduce the cost of the product. High speed and reduction of pH to the required amount and no change in acidity during the shelf life of the product are the unique features of these starters.
