Guardox™ AE is a natural acerola cherry extract rich in vitamin C and used as an antioxidant flavouring for preventing lipid oxidation in processed fruits, RTE meals and meat products

Applications:Fruit and Vegetable(Apple jam)Meat, Poultry & Fish(Fresh ground beef),RTE meals (e.g. chicken burguer).The recommended dosage is range of 0.2-0.3g/kg of final product (w/w). Exact dosage .depends on the nature of the product for which it is intended. The method of applying Guardox™ AE depends on the application for which it is used.Physical/ Chemical Specifications:appearance: Dark amber powder.odor and taste slightly fruit.Storage conditions: Store unopened below 5-20°C in dry conditions, away from direct sunlight. When opened, store at approx.5- 20°C in original container. Shelf life is 12 months when stored according to recommendations.
